Site Agreement

1. The initial term of this agreement shall be for a period of from the effective date and all arrangements shall continue as per this agreement should the machine(s) remain on site after the expiration of this agreement. 2. The site owner agrees that during the term of this agreement, no other machines or “honesty boxes” capable of vending any food or drink products shall be installed on site without the prior approval of the Vending Operator. 3. The Vending Operator maintains full liability for the equipment, thestock, and any other damage that resultsbecause of the machinery or serviceman. 4. Prices will be reviewed/adjusted as needed as with normal business practices. 5. At the discretion of the Vending Operator, high demand and quality, products are to be stocked in the Vending Machine (s). 6. The Site Owner acknowledges the ownership of the machines remain with the Vending Operator. No other party may interfere with the equipment under any circumstances. Only the Vending Operator or its members may move or relocate the machine (s). 7. Notwithstanding the terms of this agreement, the Vending Operator reserves the right to withdraw any or all machines from any site, at any time and if machines are not replacedwithin a months’ time from date of removal this agreement will be terminated. 8. If in the reasonable opinion of the Site Owner, the service provided by the Vending Operator, is not satisfactory, then the Site owner shall notify the Vending Company, verbally and in writing stating its concerns/complaints. The Vending Operator then has one month to rectify any reasonable fault. If the Vending Operator fails to comply, this agreement will be terminated.
